Colonel Liher, before the evil of the Cape-Tech, began working as an agent of MI: 13, rival agency Mys-Tech. Not everything is as it seems though - so Liher just found his old team warheads are still alive - and nothing is going to stop him from finding them.

It's bad enough raid on super-technological base goes horribly wrong for warheads. Portal, which took them to the base also went back in time, so if Liger does not handle tragic events just like that time and space are at risk.
