Meanwhile, Batman's disturbing appearance in America Talia - Ra'ca daughter . He decides to follow her and arrives in New York, where Talia held a secret meeting with the Kingpin . During surveillance to Betsy joins Spider-Man and after a little skirmish they decided to take up the matter together . Waist Kingpin promises that her father will help heal Vanessa Fisk , the Kingpin 's wife from cancer . After some hesitation Kingpin agrees to go to the shelter Ra'ca , lost somewhere in the Tibetan mountains . Realizing that something was fishy , Batman and Spider-Man go after Fisk .
