Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Kane - the niece of the original Betvumen. She picked up the nickname Beth gС‘rl to be an assistant Betvumen as Robin - Batman.

Created it, along with Betvumen, because of rumors homosexual relationship between Batman and Robin. This version BetgС‘rl there is not very long, as in 1964, her character is no longer used.
