Legion of Super-Heroes (Volume 2) Consequences

When he returned to Earth, Val discovered that the Legion of Super-Heroes is looking for new recruits to help them stop being called Eater of the Sun-Eater. He applied for and was accepted despite the lack of super-powers after Val caused Superboy to fight, and so impressed with the Man of Boy of Steel, that he voted for him. His career as a Legionnaire nearly ended in disgrace when the next recruit, Nemesis Kid, accused of betraying Val Earth Khunds. However, at the same time revealed the treacherous actions of the Nemesis, so that Val continued his becoming one of the greatest of the Legionaries.
