William Zhu is a homicide detective that has finally arrested the man responsible for over a hundred missing child cases over a thirty year period. Richard Pickman is the man responsible for these serial murders and William Zhu is driven to the edge of his sanity by the atrocities committed by Richard Pickman. William Zhu decides to kill Pickman, but it won't be easy.
