City needs heroes. Darkness enveloped New York in the form of Shredder and his Foot Clan's sinister that has an iron grip on everyone, from politicians to the police. The future looks bleak, yet out of the sewer does not rise or disclose its purpose quartet outcast brothers - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Turtles should work together with the fearless reporter April and her sarcastic operator Vern Fenwick to save the city and solve diabolical plan Shredder.
